Thursday Tea & Company – Meet Ann Jacobs

 This week I welcome Ann Jacobs for my Thursday Tea & Company feature.

The Bar C Legacy, a three book series by Ann Jacobs

The latest generation of a Texas ranching family whose legacy began more than a hundred years go, when laws were for those strong enough to enforce them, and feuds went on for generations, even up to now…

The_Heir_200X300Book 1, free for just two days to kick off the series for readers who missed it earlier;

Bye Caden, fifth of his name and only legitimate son of his powerful father, is sole heir to the Caden billions, earned and expanded by purchase, poker, and marriage into a huge ranch rich in cattle, oil and now a wind farm that’s Bye’s own contribution to the family fortune.

Is there nothing Bye wants that his daddy’s billions can’t buy? He wants Karen for always, not just fun and games at her uncle’s kinky club—but unfortunately, her daddy’s bound on keeping the feud alive with his billionaire neighbors.

Bye and his sister Deirdre learn after their mom’s funeral that they have a half-sibling, Jack Duval, who Bye considered a friend and Deirdre had had a crush on. Sparks fly, and not only from the Bar C’s many oil wells!

The_Bastard_200X300Book 2 is Jack’s story, of his relationship with another Bar C neighbor. Liz fits Jack’s dominant lifestyle to a “T”, but their romance is interrupted when cattle start disappearing from her ranch—and the Bar C next door. A steamy, erotic romantic suspense story with a surprise villain.

In Book 3, little sister Deirdre finds the love of her life with the new doctor in Caden, Texas. Before they can find happiness, she must persuade Les that he can overcome the disgrace that had him running away from his Louisiana home—and that he’s plenty good enough for Daddy’s little girl.

The_Brat_200X300About Ann Jacobs

First published in 1996, Ann Jacobs has had more than a hundred romances published, ranging from sensual to downright erotic—but in the past couple of years she has been revising/rewriting them to lean more toward the non-erotic end of the spectrum. She has written across genres, with most of her titles being contemporary, even if they include some paranormal elements. With the exception of a couple of menage relationships, all of her books, no matter how erotic, feature one man and one woman, on varied paths toward happily ever after.

Ann has been married close to half a century to her college love. They have seven grown children, all of whom make their mom and dad very proud. She lives in west-central Florida with her husband, her youngest son, and four very spoiled and pampered cats.
