My book pick this week is “At His Command” by Ruth Kaufman. Ruth is a member of the Chicago North Chapter of Romance Writers of America, as am I. Last Monday she was our speaker, and she presented on self-publishing. Ruth is a Golden Heart winner, among other things. At His Command was Ruth’s first book in her romance series, which takes place around the time of the War of the Roses (mid-fifteenth century). The second book in the series was released this past week. It is Follow Your Heart.

I just downloaded At His Command to my kindle. I can’t wait to read it.
